§ 1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 777bat ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 777bat website located at https://777bat.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered through it.

By accessing the 777bat platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise using any part of the service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

777bat is an online gaming information and entertainment platform. We provide sports betting, live casino, cricket betting and slot content to users in English. This platform is intended for adults only. Users in Pakistan are specifically advised that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related legislation may restrict or prohibit online gambling activity. § 2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Account" means the personal registered user account created by you on the 777bat platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in your Account at any given time, expressed in the currency selected at registration.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins or other non-cashable incentives credited to your Account under a promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.

§ 3 Account Eligibility

3.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, to open an Account. We operate a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Age verification may be requested at any time. If you are found to be underage, your Account will be suspended, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds may be returned subject to the operator's discretion.

3.2 Legal Capacity

You must be a natural person of full legal capacity. Entities, corporations, trusts and other non-natural persons are not permitted to register accounts. You must not be subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into a binding agreement.

3.3 Jurisdiction

3.4 One Account Policy

Only one registered Account is permitted per individual. Accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended. Bonus funds credited to duplicate accounts will be forfeited. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the account recovery function rather than registering a new account.

§ 4 Registration & Account Management

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information. This includes, but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

We reserve the right to request identity and address verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, driving licence), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days), and source-of-funds documentation where required. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. You must notify support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. 777bat will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

4.4 Account Accuracy

You must keep your account information up to date. If any registered detail changes, including your address, email address or payment method information, you must update your account promptly. Failure to maintain accurate information may affect your ability to withdraw funds or receive account communications.

§ 5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits to your 777bat Account must be made using payment methods currently available in the live cashier. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. All deposits must be made from payment instruments that belong to you. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

§ 6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, free spins and other promotional offers made available through 777bat are subject to these Terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, game contribution percentages and validity period are stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bets placed on certain game types (live sports, some table games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through multi-accounting, coordinated betting, arbitrage, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play intent, or any other method deemed abusive by 777bat, will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent closure of the Account.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire at the end of the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus balances are removed from your Account automatically. No compensation is payable for expired bonuses.

6.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

Real-money balance and bonus balance are treated separately. You may request withdrawal of real-money balance at any time (subject to KYC and minimums) without forfeiting bonus balance, unless otherwise stated. Requesting a withdrawal of real-money funds before a bonus wagering requirement is met may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, as specified in the promotion terms.

§ 7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets, including cricket betting markets covering Pakistan national team matches, PSL fixtures and ICC tournaments, are subject to the sportsbook rules of the operator. Bets are accepted at the operator's discretion. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, it is binding.

7.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including: event cancellation or postponement beyond the operator's stated period; manifest errors in odds; data feed errors; or where the outcome cannot be determined. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to your Account Balance.

7.3 Casino and Live Casino

Casino games — including live dealer baccarat, roulette, blackjack, slot titles and instant-win games — are governed by the rules of each individual game as presented within the game interface. The operator's Random Number Generator certification and live dealer procedures apply. Technical malfunctions void all plays and returns for affected rounds.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-event, single-session and aggregate winnings caps may apply as specified by the operator. Where a winnings cap applies, amounts in excess of the stated limit will not be payable regardless of the displayed outcome.

7.5 Errors and Malfunctions

No liability is accepted for losses arising from errors outside our reasonable control.

§ 8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777bat platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity or details.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Using the platform if you are under the minimum age requirement.
• Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, insider betting or any form of fraudulent wagering activity.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or making deposits using stolen or fraudulently obtained funds.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any purpose connected to financial crime.
• Reverse engineering, scraping or otherwise attempting to extract proprietary data, odds algorithms or software from the platform.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other users or platform staff through any available communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion by re-registering under a different identity.

§ 9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777bat platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall design and arrangement of the site — is the property of 777bat or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: (a) copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any platform content; (b) modify or create derivative works based on platform content; (c) use any data mining, scraping or similar data extraction tools; or (d) remove any proprietary notices or labels.

The 777bat name, logo and all related marks are proprietary identifiers of the platform. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use these marks without prior written authorisation.

§ 10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777bat, its affiliates, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services.

10.1 Platform Availability

777bat makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously, error-free or free from interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity issues and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. No compensation is payable for periods of unavailability.

10.2 Gambling Losses

777bat accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred through use of the platform. Gambling involves inherent financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose money and that such losses are your sole responsibility. This platform does not guarantee any particular gambling outcome.

10.3 Third-Party Content

Game content, live dealer feeds, sports data and odds are provided by third-party suppliers. 777bat does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or uninterrupted availability of third-party content and accepts no liability for errors or omissions originating from third-party data sources.

10.4 Aggregate Liability Cap

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, 777bat's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

§ 11 Responsible Gambling

777bat is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment. We recognise that for a small number of users, gambling can become problematic. The following tools and policies are in place to support responsible play:

11.1 Player Protection Tools

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits can be set from your account settings. Reductions apply immediately; increases are subject to a waiting period.

§ 12 Termination & Suspension

12.1 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed subject to completion of any applicable KYC and wagering requirements. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by 777bat

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have: (a) breached any provision of these Terms; (b) engaged in fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity; (c) provided false registration information; (d) become subject to a self-exclusion request that was circumvented; or (e) where continued operation of your Account would present a legal, regulatory or financial risk to the platform.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use 777bat services ceases immediately. Verified real-money balances (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you subject to satisfactory KYC completion and anti-money laundering review. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including limitation of liability, intellectual property and governing law clauses — shall continue to apply.

§ 13 Amendments to Terms

777bat reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or a prominent site notice prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.1.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The current version of these Terms shall always supersede all prior versions.

§ 14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
